Plan a trip
Let's start a conversation.
Most of the families we work with started with a single WhatsApp message — a date, a Yom Tov, a simcha, a question. We'll take it from there.
Email us directly
For most families, a single email with your dates, your family, and anything you already know about what you want is the fastest start. Yitzchok Richter, our guest coordinator, reads every message personally.

What to tell us in your first message.
The more you share, the more useful our first reply. If you know these already, it helps:
- Your dates (or the Yom Tov / event you're traveling for)
- How many people, across how many generations
- Your family's kashrus standard
- Who in the family needs accessibility, medical, or dietary accommodations
- Whether you've stayed at any Jerusalem hotels before
- Whether a simcha is driving the trip
If you don't know most of these yet — that's fine too. The first call is partly for us to help you figure them out.

We operate on Israel time — Sunday through Thursday, 9am–3pm, with evening availability when needed. We're offline from Friday afternoon through Motzei Shabbos. During genuine Shabbos/Yom Tov emergencies for families already on a trip, our Shabbos partner handles escalations — every family has that contact before they travel.
