The hotel holds Badatz Eida HaChareidis kashrus — Glatt LeMehadrin year-round. During Pesach, the cuisine is non-kitniyos, non-gebrochts with Shmura Matza throughout. Produce: Shemita LeChumra when applicable. A rabbi is on premises full time, daily Daf Yomi shiur is offered, and a library of seforim is available to guests.
