Our mission

To help people come to Israel with pleasure.

Seven words. Everything we build hangs on them.

Every frum family we know wants to be in Eretz Yisroel more. What stands between them and the trip is almost never desire, and rarely money. It’s the schlep — the twelve open browser tabs, the hotel that answers emails on its own schedule, the price that changes with the shekel, the nagging feeling at takeoff that something wasn’t really confirmed.

We started JRM because we watched that schlep steal the pleasure from trips that should have been pure simcha — and because our own family had spent years quietly solving it for relatives, then friends, then friends of friends. At some point the favors became a calling: this is what we do.

We are a family-run agency, frum ourselves, working between New York and Yerushalayim. The hotels in our collection are hotels we walk into ourselves; the standards on our pages are the standards our own families keep; the people who confirm your rooms have been confirming rooms with us for years. Friday afternoon through Motzei Shabbos, and on Yom Tov, we are offline — like you.

What we believe about travel to Israel

The trip should feel taken care of from the first conversation. Not "mostly sorted." Not "we're waiting to hear back." Taken care of — the way it feels when a capable relative says I've got this, and means it.

Certainty is worth more than a discount. One guaranteed price, in dollars, that will not move — we'd choose that over a maybe-cheaper number every time, and our clients do too. If your goal is the cheapest possible room, we're not your agency. If your goal is a trip that's simply taken care of — welcome.

Kashrus is a standard, not a vibe. Every hotel we book carries a hechsher we can name, from a source we verified ourselves. When a detail varies by season or by booking, we say so, and we confirm it for your dates — because "probably fine" is not a standard.

You should travel like you have family in Israel. Because with us, functionally, you do. Someone to meet you at the airport. Someone to call at 11pm. Someone who knows which restaurant fits your standard and which minyan fits your morning.

Who answers when you call

A person. Our own family and our small team — the same people who set your rate, confirm your rooms, and check on your simcha hall. No ticket numbers, no departments. When you call about your booking, the person answering has usually already seen it.
