The honest fit.
Hotel Litov is where we place families who want the Geulah neighborhood feel at a lower price point than Yirmiyahu 33. The kashrus is Rabbanut Mehadrin — solid for most mehadrin families but not the Badatz or stringent mehadrin standard. The rooms are functional rather than luxurious. The Shabbos elevator works; the hotplate holds the food hot; the neighborhood is frum and walkable.
Families who pick Hotel Litov over Yirmiyahu 33 usually do it for budget, not fit. That's a valid trade-off. If budget isn't tight and you want the stringent mehadrin (HaRav Efrati) standard, Yirmiyahu 33 is the upgrade; for Badatz Eida specifically, Haneviim Boutique is the placement.
