Are the JRM kosher hotels inside the Jerusalem eruv?

Yes — all four hotels JRM books (Yirmiyahu 33, Prima Palace, Haneviim Boutique, and Jerusalem Gate) are within the Jerusalem city eruv, so you can carry on Shabbos within the eruv's bounds. Prima Palace's eruv status is confirmed weekly.

Being inside the city eruv matters most for families with young children — it allows pushing a stroller and carrying a tallis, food, or a sefer to shul on Shabbos within the eruv area. The Jerusalem eruv is well established and widely relied upon.
