Are the Orient, Inbal, Herbert Samuel, and Leonardo Plaza hotels in Jerusalem mehadrin?
No. The Orient, Inbal, and Herbert Samuel are all kosher under the standard Jerusalem Rabbinate (Rabbanut Yerushalayim) certificate — none of them is mehadrin or badatz. Leonardo Plaza is also kosher under the standard Rabbanut certificate, though its supervision details can shift between seasons and are verified per booking. A frum family whose standard is mehadrin or a badatz should book from the mehadrin tier instead.
These four are mainstream kosher tourist hotels, not chareidi-standard properties.
