Can I check in late on Friday to a Jerusalem kosher hotel?
Late Friday check-in is possible only if you arrive before the hotel’s Shabbos cutoff and the desk is still processing arrivals. For flights that land close to candle lighting, we plan an earlier arrival buffer or Motzei Shabbos check-in instead of gambling on Friday afternoon traffic.
Ben Gurion to Jerusalem traffic on erev Shabbos is unpredictable. A “wheels down two hours before candle lighting” plan often fails with families and luggage.
