How do I confirm a hotel’s Pesach kitniyos and gebrochts policy?
Never assume kitniyos or gebrochts policy from a year-round hechsher label. For Pesach we obtain the hotel’s written program policy (kitniyos, gebrochts, shmura matza) for that specific year and put it in your confirmation package.
Pesach hotel programs change by year and operator. A 2025 PDF is not a 2027 promise.
If your family is non-kitniyos and non-gebrochts, say so first — that filters placements before anyone talks about views or pools.
